We did have double trouble events interacting. For example we had Zachory on the board who got shot up by the Nazi, who then got into base contact and ended up getting floored. Problem with things like two T-rex events are they will follow the same path like a conga line. I think that the direction the T-rex comes on from should be randomly determined. Also the idea that some of the characters/monsters etc from DT events can just head forwards and walk down holes etc is not very thematic. We house rule that they walk around the obstacle, if unsure what path they take we roll for it. I may devise a DT behaviour chart that is rolled on. One for Monsters/beasts and the other for people/characters. Making sure all behaviour is easily determined by one roll of a dice and one chart consulted to keep the flow of the game fast.

Glad you like it. I am thinking that maybe it should be a test against a specific stat. I am thinking that rolling under buff to show the strength of breaking free. Similarly we may house rule that things like the T-rex, not only spawn randomly, but you can dodge with a moxie roll. As within my gaming group we wish the stats to be used more.

Have you considering trying to write some rules yourself? If its for solo play, its really only you that needs to accept them as ok. Or are you thinking a scenario where two or more parties/players are trying to take down some prey and first to take it down wins? Soon they will be bringing out a Mamooth scenario so you should get at least a clip and Tick stat I would imagine. You could after you write the stats yourself maybe roll a D10 and randomise direction by which way the top of the dice is pointing and use that roll for its movement. Maybe initially just use its clip stat without (as if its grazing) but once antagonised it goes for the person who speared it full movement etc. Just a thought. Or assign the corners and the middle of the board edge a number 1-8 and the remaining 2 numbers assign it doing something else or re-roll?
